Shiprocket Overview

Shiprocket is India’s largest eCommerce-focused shipping and logistics aggregator, used by hundreds of thousands of D2C sellers, marketplaces, and SMBs to manage shipments across 24,000+ pin codes in India and 220+ countries internationally. With 25+ courier partners — Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, DTDC, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Aramex, DHL, and FedEx — accessible through a single dashboard, Shiprocket lets sellers pick the cheapest, fastest, or most reliable courier per order through its Courier Recommendation Engine (CORE).

Beyond shipping, the platform offers branded tracking pages, automated buyer notifications via Email/WhatsApp/SMS, COD reconciliation, RTO management, weight-discrepancy disputes, channel integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Jiomart, and a growing fulfilment service (Shiprocket Fulfillment). Pricing for forward shipping starts at ₹27 per 500g and scales by plan. The platform has mixed but generally positive reviews — praised for variety and ease of use, criticised for slow COD remittance, weight discrepancies, and bot-heavy support.

We run a small jewellery D2C brand on Shopify and Shiprocket has been our default since day one. The Courier Recommendation Engine alone has saved us thousands of rupees in shipping costs each month, and the branded tracking pages give our customers a much more professional post-purchase experience than what we could build ourselves. Worth every paisa for our scale.

Shiprocket has been very helpful for our growing women’s fashion brand on Shopify. Channel sync is reliable, multiple courier options means we always have a backup if one is overloaded, and the COD support is critical for our customer base. COD remittance can be slow at month-end but otherwise the platform does what it promises.

For our handmade-products business Shiprocket has been a steady partner for almost two years. The platform is genuinely easy to use even for non-technical staff, and the WhatsApp tracking notifications consistently reduce our customer service tickets. Weight discrepancy disputes have been an occasional pain — recommend keeping your own weight logs as evidence.

Higher plan tiers (Basic, Advanced, Pro) typically have lower per-shipment rates and additional features in exchange for monthly minimums or volume commitments.

How many couriers does Shiprocket support?+

Shiprocket aggregates 25+ courier partners including Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, DTDC, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Aramex, DHL, FedEx, and others — accessible from one dashboard with no separate courier contracts required.

Does Shiprocket support COD orders?+

Yes. COD is supported across the majority of Shiprocket’s couriers and 24,000+ Indian pin codes. Reconciliation typically takes 8–10 working days from delivery, with funds credited to your Shiprocket wallet for use on further shipments or withdrawal.

Can I integrate Shiprocket with Shopify or WooCommerce?+

Yes. Shiprocket has native integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Wix, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, and 30+ other channels. Orders sync automatically and shipments and tracking flow back to the store and to your customers.

What is the difference between Shiprocket and Shiprocket Fulfillment?+

Shiprocket (the core platform) is a courier aggregator — you store inventory yourself and Shiprocket handles label printing, courier selection, tracking, and notifications. Shiprocket Fulfillment is a 3PL service where you store inventory in Shiprocket warehouses and they handle pick, pack, and ship for every order — useful for scaling D2C brands.
